Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Same day shipping is offered if ordered before 1pm. We use DHL and UPS 1-2 day delivery service for mainland UK orders. In most cases the courier will deliver on the next business day.

Express international shipping is available via UPS at very competitive rates. If your country is not listed at the checkout page please contact us for a shipping quote. Please be sure to check your countries own guidelines for any import duty or taxes that may be applicable when purchasing goods from the UK.

 

Returns:

Conversionsmart Ltd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 14 days of the order ship date. For a full refund or exchange, return your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order.  Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. The shipping cost for returned items are at the customers expense. Items must be returned with all original packaging.

 

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

Request a return by emailing us at conversionsmartlimited@gmail.com. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item to us. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same payment method used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
